Shipping and Returns

Please note -

1. Depending on the interior of your home or party place the selected package decoration will be done


2. Our executives will arrive on time for your event and complete the decoration within a given time frame


3. The Executive will not wait more than 15-30 minutes on event site as the next slot has been booked


4. Cost of listed materials, shipping and execution costs included, no additional hidden costs

5. . Stool, ladder or chair will be provided from the client side for small events

6. Please make sure that someone is present at event venue during the decoration

7. Balloons used for decoration are air-filled balloons and not helium gas.

If place them on the ceiling and wall with removable tape, generally, no marks are left if they are taken out within 24 hours

8. The balloon color selection available immediately after booking

9. If needed, We will call you for Google Map location

10. If you want the decoration in the hotel, you must get permission from the hotel.
